Emptying of sewage tanks

TJ Chemclear are able to provide full septic tank, sewage treatment tank or cesspool tank emptying services for both domestic and commercial clients.

In addition to removing this waste with full consideration to the surrounding environment, we also offer a full range of 'follow on services' should they be required. These include high pressure water jetting of external drainage systems, CCTV surveys, soakaway replacement and, if required, tank replacement services.

All waste is disposed of at approved and designated sites, and all required paperwork is supplied to the customer to show traceability.

Disposal of white goods

For commercial customers TJ Chemclear can dispose of your white goods including fridges, freezers, cookers, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers and tumble dryers, chillers, display cabinets and associated cold room equipment.

Some of this equipment will normally be classed as hazardous as the equipment can be contaminated with ozone depleting chemicals, refrigerants and / or oils.

We will arrange for all the required paperwork, collection, transportation and disposal of these waste streams  in accordance with all relevant legislation.

Most equipment is taken directly to a processing plant where it is dismantled, hazardous components separated and disposed as appropriate with the remaining material recycled.

Most local councils arrange a white goods collection service for private homeowners and this may be your most cost effective means to dispose of these items. If this is not the case TJ Chemclear will be pleased to provide you with a quotation for the removal and correct disposal of these items.
